We are happy to announce the appointment of Aparna Kareer as Partner at Obhan & Associates.
Aparna has been with O&A for over a decade and has significantly contributed in the field of IP in the firm. She leads the patent prosecution practice at the firm. Aparna has secured strong patent rights for many large Indian and foreign corporations and has also defended patents for her clients before the Indian Patent Office and the IPAB. She has also been active in patent litigation before various courts in India.
