Universe Research Foundation (URF) has partnered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) to conduct multi-city workshops to encourage incorporation of best practices with respect to protection of intellectual property into industry and government.
As part of this multi-city series, URF and USPTO, in collaboration with Obhan & Associates are hosting IP Unplugged – an opportunity for artists, musicians, designers, photographers, filmmakers and other professionals in the creative industry to interface with expert professionals in the field of intellectual property.
Experts from the United States Patent & Trademark Office and Obhan & Associates will be discussing the various kinds of intellectual property, the legal framework including registration and enforcement and best practices for creative professionals to protect their IP.
