Neha has experience across all areas of patent work with an emphasis on patent prosecution and patent application drafting in India, US, and EP. She has worked on a wide range of technologies related to wireless communication system, electronics, and computer software. She is well-versed with the Indian, US, and EP prosecution laws and has worked with various international clients to secure IP protection in those jurisdictions. She also assists and advises clients ranging from start-ups to large multinational corporations on building effective IP strategies for patent portfolio development.
