Shweta Mehta is an experienced Intellectual Property lawyer based in Belgium, with over five years of consulting and advisory experience across Europe and India. Her practice covers trademarks, patents, and copyrights, with a focus on cross-border IP strategy, portfolio management, and regulatory alignment.
She holds an LLB from Sheffield College and an LLM from King’s College London, and advises innovation-driven companies on protecting and commercializing intellectual assets in multi-jurisdictional environments.
Shweta serves on the Board of Trustees of Antwerp International School and a Medtech startup. She is also a Director at SCL Lifesciences Pvt. Ltd., where she supports global regulatory affairs and IP-led market access in the pharmaceutical sector.
