Mehak Dhingra has been promoted to a new role as Principal Associate at O&A.
Mehak works closely with several Fortune 500 companies, universities, start-ups, domestic and international clients across varied industries in protecting and enforcing their IP. Her expertise and specialties include trademark prosecution, infringement litigation and trademark portfolio management; and working out amicable resolutions/settlements in contentious proceedings.
She is also actively involved in the litigation matters in courts, appellate tribunals, and boards for trademarks matters.
